Every year we run our survey to find out what families with children or young people with SEND in Hertfordshire are experiencing. We want to know what works and what doesn’t, so that we can concentrate on the things that matter most to you.
The more families who take part, the more powerful our voices become, so please take our survey before it closes on 9th November 2025.
Your child doesn’t need to have a diagnosis or an EHCP, and you don’t need to be a member of HPCI to take part.
Following your feedback, this year there is also a shorter version for families who would find that easier. You can find the shorter survey here. This is an alternative to the main survey. At the end of both, you can choose to enter a prize draw to win a Simmons gift voucher.

Please take part if you can, and please share this survey with anyone you know who has a child or young person with SEND in Hertfordshire. Last year we had over 1,100 responses and we’d like to make it even bigger this year.
Our survey results are used extensively in our everyday work, all year round. Decision makers in health, education and social care services value the information we provide and having so much data makes our message clearer. The more people take part, the more powerful our shared voice is.
